Rock Consulting

Nate created Rock Consulting in 2022 after seeing his ability to coach his team to where it is today and growing his previous brokerage through hiring staff, attracting agents, deploying technology, and increasing marketing and branding. The majority of the agents that joined The Broadway Group were new(er) when they started with him and are now experts in their craft achieving amazing results.

Nate and his team train multiple times a week and follow a structured growth strategy. Too many agents in this industry do not have enough direction and discipline, and Nate and his team are here to change that.

Personal life

Nate Grew up in Fairhaven, MA and currently resides in Boston’s Seaport District. Graduated from Bridgewater State University in 2017 with a business management and Sales Degree.

He is an avid gym goer every single morning and refuses to miss a day (Even on vacation). He has a goldendoodle named Hinckley and frequently goes on outdoor adventures with him. Growing up in Fairhaven, Nate always had salt in his veins and spends a lot of time down there on his boat with his family and friends.
